SOTA works if you’re willing to follow the Program and hold yourself accountable to attain your desired goal. Having a weekly weigh in and discussion with the SOTA team is helpful and encouraging.
The program is great and it works. After the first few days I wasn't even that hungry any more. I'm about 5 pounds from my goal and ready to play with my new grandson in July!!!

Getting the timing down is a challenge, but already losing weight after on two days. The support is there; everyone is very helpful!
