I knew I needed to lose weight. I was on blood pressure and cholesterol medicine. I also knew I couldn't do it alone. I had heard the many testimonials and ads on the Ticket (KTCK) and decided to give SOTA a chance. Best decision ever! Everyone was so supportive from the beginning! Friendly staff
I had been trying to drop some lbs and just couldn’t do it on my own. I started SOTA and followed it to a T. I dropped ten lbs in six weeks as my plan set up for me. I was not hungry during the six weeks and even went on a week cruise. Yes that is dedication! I am continuing losing on maintenance plan also. I highly recommend SOTA to anyone that needs to drop fat !
