The staff at Plano is great, starting with Diego's big smile and warm greeting when I check in. Each of the Nutritionist make me feel welcome and guide me on my path. I have been in Maintenance for several months, and Theresa began my New Life, New Health path. Great People!
To date, seeing great results, am on target, learning how to eat "in the real world", and enjoying the chocolate items. Off one BP medicine already and down 24 pounds total so far. Appreciate you all's guidance and support.
