The team is always very positive... especially when I hit a plateau week. We examine my food log and discuss any emotional eating. The science behind this is truly remarkable. I like using the various forms of online meditations. I can tell a difference in how my mind thinks about food.

SOTA is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I am down 76lbs in 19 weeks that’s about 4lbs a week. I have learned better eating and exercising habits and follow the plan and at this rate I will hit my goal of 190lbs this summer by my 46th birthday. I have been trying to lose weight for years and couldn’t get more than 10 pounds off. I am currently down more than 20 pounds and on track for my goal of 45 pounds! The program is easy to follow and i feel great!
I find the counselors at SOTA to be supportive, encouraging and full of ideas and recipes to make the weightloss experience positive and workable.

Have had a great experience! I have been following the program and have experienced weight loss as projected at the start. It’s easy to do and if you are disciplined it will work. The coaches are great! Highly recommend!
