The program and support staff are stellar. The cost can be prohibitive, hence the 4 star rating.
Just joined and love the staff, the meals are great! I bought a ton of veggies, washed them and chopped everything. It makes it super easy to prepare meals. Very educational too!
Love the staff at Plano Office. So caring. I am on maintenance program now. They keep following up with me. I go in every month, but now because of Copvid 19, Theresa followed up by phone to see how I was doing. I have lost 44 lbs and have kept it . Great program
Great experience! Reached my goal weight in the time estimated and have maintained that weight for several weeks. Feel great! Follow the program and it will work. And it’s easy to follow and the coaches help a lot
