The team at Frisco location were awesome. They were always friendly and encouraging. I've lost 80 lbs in 8 months on the program! When I had questions regarding what I could eat during the week, I was able to get answers quickly. I would encourage anyone to get on this program as this really works.
I appreciated not being pressured into continuing the program when I got to the end. I still have a few pounds to go, but I was feeling completely over the program. The Frisco Team is great. They are very helpful even when we were working over the telephone. I have lost 45 pounds over 12 weeks and I will be 70 years old this year. My blood pressure is lower and my Doctor has told me i can quit taking some of the drugs I was taking. Thanks.

Friendly staff, knowledgable, seem to enjoy what they do and are excited to see their clients succeed in their program. Available to answer questions that come up during the program, just phone in to speak with your nutritionist. Two days into program and I have not been hungry yet. Excited to achieve my goal and feel the support staff will make sure it happens.
