SOTA made my weight loss journey a very simple one to follow. The awesome staff was encouraging and welcoming, and always available to answer questions. First successful weight loss program I’ve ever been on . The food is good and the staff is professional. The eating plan is very easy to follow. Hard at first , but If follow , the weight comes off. Cost is high but you get what you pay for. Losing the weight.
