Has gotten me off my daily wine consumption and I feel so much better. I really haven’t been hungry either I never thought I could go two days without wine much less 14! That alone is worth the program
Seriously the best program around. I’ve struggled for a very long time to lose weight. I’m only in my late 30s but it’s been hard each time. I’m not overweight but was never super happy with my appearance and knew I needed to shed 30 pounds to feel great. I’m 6 weeks into my program and down almost 25 lbs. It’s been an incredible experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help losing weight.
So far, I’ve lost 38 pounds in 7 weeks. No cravings and I’m usually not hungry. Food is pretty tasty and easy to prepare. Everyone at the Frisco SOTA is helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. It’s been a great experience!

Sota weight loss center has been a great experience. I find the staff very positive and supportive. I have enjoyed the advise and suggestions I received on dieting and would recommend the Sota center to others trying to lose weight.

This is the first program in many years that has been successful for me. It is well worth the money!! All of the staff are friendly and professional. I love that I can talk to a dietitian anytime for advice so I can be successful.
