Seriously the best program around. I’ve struggled for a very long time to lose weight. I’m only in my late 30s but it’s been hard each time. I’m not overweight but was never super happy with my appearance and knew I needed to shed 30 pounds to feel great. I’m 6 weeks into my program and down almost 25 lbs. It’s been an incredible experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help losing weight.
So far, I’ve lost 38 pounds in 7 weeks. No cravings and I’m usually not hungry. Food is pretty tasty and easy to prepare. Everyone at the Frisco SOTA is helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. It’s been a great experience!
