Easy to follow, program support, able to successfully attain weight in maintenance
Plan is working. Adding back some foods. Able to maintain weight ok. Just evaluating the progress monthly too is helpful.
Lost 40+ and still going. Met my goal and then set a new one even lower. Changed my eating habit without a lot of fuss.
Several on the staff were helpful and provided good support and guidance .Menu was very restrictive and we were not allowed to substitute equivalent nutritional products with comparable macro and micro nutrients. Well worth the price we paid if you consider that your $ you spend is an investment in yourself . Would like more guidance in the maintenance portion to not gain weight ....your snack bars that you suggest are too sweet and high in calories . Thank you for the support and follow up .
Very friendly, informative staff. I do like the concept of the program, however, $2600 is out of my price range. Really wish it was more affordable.

Everyone was extremely friendly But we got thru the entire initial meeting before I was given any idea of the cost involved. There was nothing on the website indicating cost either so I was shocked to be told it was $4600 for 4 months. I would never had made an appointment and I known it was so expensive. They really need to give potential customers an idea in advance of the cost.
First, let me say I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. However, the process has been far from smooth. My first consultation was a rushed discussion with a hard sale to close me for a $1500 commitment. I walked away and went back to see a different consultant a month later. I had a great discussion and decided to give it a go. Subsequently, I have felt as though SOTA oversimplifies the process.
