About this business

SOTA Weight Loss supports and encourages the Dignity Model Dignity is our inherent value and worth as human beings; everyone is born with it. All of us know what it feels like to be marginalized and shamed, the hurt and embarrassment that can come when we are mistreated or misunderstood and our dignity is violated. It does not mean there is something wrong with us, it means something wrong happened to us. No one can take our dignity away from us, it is always in our hands. It needs to be cared for and we are the only ones ... read more

I don't have enough words to describe the SOTA System. Dedicated Team combined with great products. My only regret, is not following my guy sooner as this struggle could've been behind me long ago. Thank you SOTA Team!

Friendly and helpful. I like how they treated me. I didn’t feel embarrassed or bad that I needed this. Very accommodating. Not sure how much I can afford. She adjusted the plan. Without question.

Person didn’t answer my questions. I also believe if you don’t want to eat sota food there should be another price.

The plan works, but here are the deficiencies I see: 1) little to no onboarding/orientation. It would be helpful to go through the program and explain the science for 30-45 minutes, not 10 minutes. The program director, in my opinion, should have done this from the beginning. 2) it would help customers to talk to the same nutritionist/dietician each week Pros: degreed dieticians/nutritionists as coaches, products are good

Basically you eat 2 cups of vegetable at lunch and dinner along with a salad and one of their putrid dehydrated "meals" at lunch and 4-6oz of meat at dinner. You dont need to spend a couple of grand for that.

I lost weight, but felt like it was largely due to my efforts. I did not receive the coaching I thought I was paying for and felt like each week I was being rushed out door as staff completed pregenerated progress forms while they refilled my food bag. People are nice, but IMO it is not worth the cost which is substantial.

Don't waste your time with this one... Probably one of the most expensive weight loss programs out there..

I do not feel that I am learning anything yet! For the kind of money I am paying all I have learned is that if I do not eat your food or slip for one meal I do not keep the weight off. I hope this gets better.
