Horrible experience way to expensive and not enough payment options
Great program. But way expensive for most regular people. About 4 times the cost of NutriSystems. If you are going to sign up for SOTA go for a 2 or 4 week trial to see what you actually get for $256 / wk! And you still have to go to the store to make at least one meal per day. Ed C
I would work on being sensitive to your customers financial situations and STOP upselling them on paying the total cost of the program upfront. I will continue this program, but I have ZERO interest in being shamed into hitting my goals especially with a coach who clearly was not listening to why the last weeks were struggle for me. On track- 3 months on maintenance
Just reassurance of maintenance progress was helpful. Everything seems to be on track and I'm almost on maintenance for 3 months now. Thanks.
Very limited selections Very expensive over $1000/mo
Easy to follow, program support, able to successfully attain weight in maintenance
Plan is working. Adding back some foods. Able to maintain weight ok. Just evaluating the progress monthly too is helpful.
