Program is working ( only been doing it 4 weeks), but is quite restrictive and VERY expensive. I let them know in the initial interview that I was allergic to dairy & gluten. They sent me home with products full of both and I had horrible GI symptoms the first week. Now I use just 2 products of theirs a day, but still pay full price.

Thank you for helping me reach my goal!! I feel healthier than I have since my first pregnancy 17 years ago! I encourage everyone to take your health seriously and remember that extra weight leads to an increase in health risks! My BMI is now in a normal range and I couldn’t be happier!!
Horrible experience way to expensive and not enough payment options
Great program. But way expensive for most regular people. About 4 times the cost of NutriSystems. If you are going to sign up for SOTA go for a 2 or 4 week trial to see what you actually get for $256 / wk! And you still have to go to the store to make at least one meal per day. Ed C
I would work on being sensitive to your customers financial situations and STOP upselling them on paying the total cost of the program upfront. I will continue this program, but I have ZERO interest in being shamed into hitting my goals especially with a coach who clearly was not listening to why the last weeks were struggle for me.
