This program is to lose weight and not build muscle. It is to maintain a low daily activity expenditure and not meant to support athletic individuals. When I did my $25 consultation the nutritionist failed to elaborate, even when I asked about how this program supports muscle health…it doesn’t it, it ONLY maintains the muscle that’s already on the body. My Oder was incorrect.
I reached out to your company over 5 days ago to inquire about the program. Rep contacted me to discuss. I asked to be contacted the next day so that I had time to think about it as the price was quite high. I sent an email asking to see a plan with ingredients that I would be ingesting. I was told that would not be supplied until I signed up for a plan. Also, rep did not answer my questions in email. $5,500 seriously? Enough said.
I asked the price & they said I need to make an appointment so I did. It was a $25 fee to talk w/ the nutritionist so I did. We talked for about 10 minutes she gave me the price & the call ended. I called back the next day & asked what I get for the $25 fee she said I talk to her. I asked if she could email me some details of the plan she said yes. Well it’s the next day & I’m still waiting. I heard about SOTA from WGN & expected better customer service.
The people I talk to are really nice and well informed. The food, however, is really quite awful. So, I think that they could do a lot better there. Is it worth the price? probably not, but there is a bit of motivation because you put out so much money and you don't want to think you wasted it.
This is Medi-Fast but much more expensive.
I keep calling to try to get information about the video that I’m supposed to watch before my food comes tomorrow but no one is answering or responding my texts
People were great. Location is great for me. The place when you walk in seems just a bit unwelcoming. Not the staff. The lay out. It’s cluttered and noisy. Just my opinion. It felt a little “salesy” at times, but I get it I’m in sales. You gotta get the order. I’m liking the products. It’s a lot to “dial in”. I’m sure each day and week will get better. I’m excited for the journey and the challenge.
