So far the representative’s have been great. Not sure about the food and thought it is a little pricey, but hoping it works and I am kept on track .
It is very possible the program works and is great. However, I thought you pay the $25 for a consultation. Was expecting information what to expect, how the program works, what will be the science behind it that will help to lose the weight and keep it off. Too expensive
This program is to lose weight and not build muscle. It is to maintain a low daily activity expenditure and not meant to support athletic individuals. When I did my $25 consultation the nutritionist failed to elaborate, even when I asked about how this program supports muscle health…it doesn’t it, it ONLY maintains the muscle that’s already on the body. My Oder was incorrect.
I reached out to your company over 5 days ago to inquire about the program. Rep contacted me to discuss. I asked to be contacted the next day so that I had time to think about it as the price was quite high. I sent an email asking to see a plan with ingredients that I would be ingesting. I was told that would not be supplied until I signed up for a plan. Also, rep did not answer my questions in email. $5,500 seriously? Enough said.
I asked the price & they said I need to make an appointment so I did. It was a $25 fee to talk w/ the nutritionist so I did. We talked for about 10 minutes she gave me the price & the call ended. I called back the next day & asked what I get for the $25 fee she said I talk to her. I asked if she could email me some details of the plan she said yes. Well it’s the next day & I’m still waiting. I heard about SOTA from WGN & expected better customer service.
The people I talk to are really nice and well informed. The food, however, is really quite awful. So, I think that they could do a lot better there. Is it worth the price? probably not, but there is a bit of motivation because you put out so much money and you don't want to think you wasted it.
