didn't work, overpriced
I cannot believe that you want to charge me $4000 to lose 30 to 40 pounds. That is highway robbery, especially after hearing that you started this program to help diabetics. It is expensive enough just to maintain diabetes.
First contact was professional and informative
It resulted in asking for a refund. The food tastes awful. Sucralose is in ALL your products. Sucralose leaves an after taste that doesn't go away unless I use mouth wash or brush my teeth. Sucralose also carries health risks that I am not willing to chance. Many believe that SOTA is good, but it's not for everyone. It's healthier than some programs, but I would still need to wean myself off SOTA provided food substitutes.
Was not expecting what I got, I was under the impression that it was real food and was designed to show you how to eat properly. Like what to eat with what for best results. It is packaged powdered drinks and soups with protein bars and small bags of chips. I am waiting on my first call so I can figure out what the next step will be
I think maintenance needs more work to understand what works best
Program is working ( only been doing it 4 weeks), but is quite restrictive and VERY expensive. I let them know in the initial interview that I was allergic to dairy & gluten. They sent me home with products full of both and I had horrible GI symptoms the first week. Now I use just 2 products of theirs a day, but still pay full price.

Thank you for helping me reach my goal!! I feel healthier than I have since my first pregnancy 17 years ago! I encourage everyone to take your health seriously and remember that extra weight leads to an increase in health risks! My BMI is now in a normal range and I couldn’t be happier!!
