I followed the directions of my coach and most of the material supplied. I lost 30lbs.. I still have cravings for the “forbidden foods” that made me fat and unhealthy, I’m working on that. SOTA works great if you give it a chance.

I started my weight loss journey a couple of years ago by only eating one meal per day. I dropped from 230 to 189 and then increased back to 196. My overall experience was amazing. My sota specialist team was fantastic! Jade, Jen, Marissa, Julia, and Bella were all awesome! The support and knowledge they provided was excellent. Communication was always quick and helpful. They were always one text away ready to send information to help me. Hello all supportive SOTA partners, I appreciate the calls on maintenace phase. It was an amazing way to begin 2023 and succeed for my weight loss goal by April. I have always felt welcome and appreciated in the Sota office in Frisco. The people there always receive us with an excellent attitude and eager to help us achieve our weight loss goal. My daughter and I really enjoyed going. I have lost 35 pounds and my daughter 60 pounds in 20 weeks! The truth is that I can say that we have enjoyed this process thanks to Jade, our nutricionist, and also the other girls in the office. They are all special to us. For me there is nothing better than Sota.
