I’ve tried so many other plans and there is nothing that compares to SOTA. The customer service is top notch. I love never felt uncomfortable reaching out with simple questions. Everyone is so positive and very encouraging.

Your organization was successful in getting m from 240 lb to 205 lbs in three months. . Still following the plans and losing weight. Target is another 15-20 pounds in the next couple of weeks/

When I first got started I wasn’t 100% convinced this would work. Well you provide me wrong. In 9 weeks I have lost 27 pounds. I have energy, have no inflammation, which my doctor said was from menopause. I play hours of Pickleball and have plenty of energy. I am a believer of the program.
