Outstanding. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. The food is amazing and the plan is easy to follow. Great success so far.
The SOTA program as explained to me by the counselors has enabled me to better understand how the program works to help me drop weight. The food products are good and the weekly counseling sessions have helped me to work towards my goals.

The dieticians/counselors are SO friendly yet encouraging! I love them all!
This was the most easiest plan I have ever followed.
The best program ever. Easy to do, have some great ladies that help you along the way & even afterwards. Learn alot about how the body works with food so that helps you keep it off or know what to do if you slip up some.
