Achieved healthy weight loss rate, very happy with results.
After I reached my goal weight and graduated to the maintenance program, I unfortunately gained 10 lbs over the next few months by making the wrong dietary choices. I was reluctant to reach out to SOTA, fearing they would be disappointed in me. To my surprise (and relief) SOTA Coach Julia was kind and understanding. She encouraged me to take off the lbs that I had gained, provided alternative food items to SOTA products, and gave me the incentive I need to be successful.

Amazing! I’ve heard about this program for years and I finally did it. I realized I couldn’t achieve my weight loss goals on my own. Now I have with SOTA!
The staff is excellent! It is very helpful to have someone to hold you accountable to stay o the program. The team is knowledgable and genuinely wants to see you get better!
You did good. Regular phone conferences provided encouragement and reinforcement of the program, and helped to realize diet consequences and to change eating habits for the better.
The counselors are all so friendly and encouraging. Their support during the weekly phone calls reinforced my desire to stick with the program. The program works! 😊

It's been slow and steady (still watching the weight go down)!! I will miss the SOTA protein bars and other snacks that help curb the appetite as I just went on maintenence about 4 weeks ago.. Jen has been great, always consistent and helpful!! So glad my husband turned me on to this program (and Thank you Todd Herman!).
