SOTA has been fantastic. The counseling is awesome. The food is great. I have lost a bunch of weight and could not have done it without them.
Great experience and I'm still excited to lose even more. I'm half way to my goal but the people that make up SOTA are wonderful and answer all my questions. I don't feel alone in this journey and I'm grateful that they totally understand what I'm going thru and are just as excited as I am! YEA!!
