The best program ever. Easy to do, have some great ladies that help you along the way & even afterwards. Learn alot about how the body works with food so that helps you keep it off or know what to do if you slip up some.

Friendly and motivational, the people at SOTA were encouraging from the first minute I called them. The program and cost was clearly explained from day 1 and the products consumed were good and available. The additional material to read and motivational resources were helpful. The best overall experience I’ve had. The customizable program is super easy to follow and the dietitians were incredible, there to help every step of the way. The program never left me hungry or with any cravings whatsoever. Truly look at food differently. Lost over 6 inches on my waist, over 25 lbs, and still have two weeks left! After one month the program is working for me. It takes discipline but does not leave me famished and only mildly hungry at times. Associates have been helpful answering my questions. I have been strictly following the plan so weight loss has been dramatic. I feel much better and move around easier. So far the program has been great. Half way to my goal so I am happy!!
