Two years ago I had an A1C of 9.0 and taking four diabetic medications. After losing 60 pounds, my A1C is now 5.5 and no longer considered a diabetic.
While its not the cheapest program it’s definitely straight forward and if you follow it you will loose weight!!! The staff is nice friendly and encouraging. Lots of ez to prepare food options with recipes too. At the end of the day...to follow to loose and to feel your best is a personal choice but sota helps make it possible.

When I hit a lull it was suggested that i start intermittant fasting to get over the hump. I have lost 20 additional pounds since this started. Thank you to my nutritionists for this suggestion and their ecouragement as we moive forward. Thank you, Sam Kerbel
An extremely effective weight loss program
Great easy to fallow
Amazing program! 40lbs later I feel great... I lost that weight eating well and not being hungry all the time. It does takes discipline and resolve - no excuses!. To me the biggest gain came after reaching my goal. I have the support from their nutritionist for life!!. I appreciate the supportive, positive team members who call weekly to help make sure I am staying on target. They have given me suggestions and good advise for working with through the program.
