People are Great. Answered all my questions. Helped with lots of encouragement. Tweaked program as needed.
The nutritionists were awesome! They were kind, caring, and, personable. I lost over 32 lbs. My goal was 50 but at my age and with my health conditions, that may have been a bit lofty. But I will continue with what I have learned. Thank you all so much. God Bless you all!

Very encouraging which gives me hope.
I’m not hungry. When it’s time to eat, I enjoy the food. There’s a big variety, far bigger than I need. I’m losing weight at the rate they told me to expect, or better. My energy level has not diminished with the smaller amount of food, in fact it’s increased with the loss of weight. I am looking forward to achieving a healthy balanced weight!
