It does take some adjusting but if you have the GOAL of success you can do it with this program. I love the audio tapes to listen to, recipes that others have made and are sharing, and most important the encouragement and tips that your sponsor WHO CALLS WEEKLY gives you. Stay with it. I met my goal and look forward to the weeks and months ahead with more excitement than ever before.
I can't imagine a better weight loss experience. The consultants are so kind, caring and eager to encourage you week after week. Their suggestions and accountability keep you on track. I love SOTA - one of my best experiences ever.
