The SOTA program works! The staff were always available when I needed a pep talk or a quick answer to a question. They never judged me for a small slip up and were quick to encourage if I had a bad week. This program worked for me!

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for Jen and the SOTA Program. I'm an older woman and this change in the way I eat is just what I needed. I've tried more times than I wish to remember to lose some weight and this program is working. I am a work in progress. It's easy and it works.
