there has been long term follow up and I appreciate the dedication of the staff
I’m just getting started. I haven’t received my food yet but I had my interview and sent my before pictures. It should all be happening in a few days.
The SOTA program taught me to pay attention to the quality of food, portions, and refocus on vegetables. I lost weight and my overall health has greatly improved.
I only have experience with the first call and SOTA follow up. Very professional
