Some of your textual help aids could be made clearer and less ambiguous. In addition, I believe your snacks and drinks could be greatly improved in both taste and texture. Also, some of your cold drinks simply do not dissolve in cold water as per the instructions on the other hand most of your soups are tasty. Your Caramel Nut protein bar puts all your other bars to shame.

Very thorough orientation to the program. Coaches were attentive, supportive, fun and REAL! Most appreciated. And my Day One was very easy and successful thanks to all the great info. SOTA makes it easy to get going!
