Both phases (weight loss and maintenance) have been run professionally and I have been able to maintain target weight range.
I absolutely love the people at the Frisco SOTA!! Adrianna and Jen are kind and oh, so helpful! I’ve had great success with the SOTA program, but couldn’t have done it without the support of the wonderful staff :)
Food is great, plan is simple, support is 100%.
Spoke with Jen… she’s always encouraging and really listens to me and lets me explain and ask her for advice or suggestions. I am glad to have been thru your program.
Good plan and it works. Good interaction and support. Timely reorders and shipping.
What I don’t like is you don’t provide more info on your program without having a phone call that you charge for. At $39/day for the amount of weight I need to lose is pretty prohibitive. Also you are not paying for this weekly. Also you don’t provide any insight into you food
My husband and I were able to lose the weight we wanted in the time specified but most importantly we learned how to eat and how to maintain our goal weight. The educational aspect of the program was the most valuable as we are comfortable that we will be able to be at our weights from now on.
Sota was just what I needed to help me loose the weight I gained at the beginning of the Pandemic. They held my hand and guided through this journey which made it easier than I thought possible.
This is, by far, the most effective and successful system ever devised.
