Great program! Easy to follow, the products taste good and there is enough variety to have plenty of options after you have filtered through any that you don’t like. The staff is great and a pleasure to speak with every week. My only complaint is that there is not a way for alumni to continue to order some of the products.
I called Sota to let them know I received the meal package whoever answered the phone just wanted me to confirm to take a call from the nutritionist Tuesday she act like she didn’t want to tell me anything about the package the food tell me to get online and read about it I really didn’t like it but I’m waiting on the nutrition to call Tuesday 12 -7-21
It was fun to work with my wife to get to my goals and she drop some unwanted weight as well
SOTA really works. After years of diets and exercise programs where I did not reach my goals and where I quickly regained any weight lost I almost gave up. Then I found SOTA. They said I would lose the 40 lbs I wanted to lose in 13 weeks, I actually did it in 12. I'm now over 5 months into the maintenance program and I actually lost another 5 lbs and have been holding steady. I feel great and get lots of compliments. Thank you SOTA!
It was good
SOTA is a fantastic weight loss program and has completely exceeded my expectations. The SOTA products are delicious and they offer many easy to follow and very tasty recipes. SOTA has completely changed my way of thinking about food. With the weight loss I feel better, sleep better and have a lot more energy!
I’ve tried every diet over the last 30 years. This was east and most importantly SAFE. Love the support from my team and the food is delicious! I will miss the pancakes lol.
Jen and Marissa were easy to work with but they did hold me accountable. I was never pressured into spending more money on the program but I did extend it since I wanted to lose more weight. If you stick to the plan you will drop the fat.
