Awesome to respond and very thorough!
It was everything I hoped it would be. The program was effective and easy to follow and manage. I lost approximately 57 pounds and have kept it off now for over two months on the maintenance portion of the program. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to loss weight and keep it off.
Initial contacts and followup so far has been great. Cannot wait to get going!
