Jen and Marissa were easy to work with but they did hold me accountable. I was never pressured into spending more money on the program but I did extend it since I wanted to lose more weight. If you stick to the plan you will drop the fat.

The best people and the best thing I ever have done in my life as far as losing weight. Nothing has worked before and I have had the lap band and gastric bypass but this is the only system that works. I can't say enough good things about Sota. I'm now 36 pounds down in 4 months and 29 more pounds to go.
