After trying a number of other weight loss programs, I was a bit reluctant to make the SOTA commitment. My recommendation now is just do it. I am down over 30 pounds and have more energy.

So far so good. After first week weren’t completely sure if we were doing everything right or not. First weigh in we were a bit nervous thinking what if? Turns out we both lost, 3 for my sweet wife and 6 for me. Thanks Victoria for your coaching and encouragement.

I am a believer, after three days my cravings for sweets were gone, I have been following the plan and have lost 48 pounds so far, gone from a 44in waist jean down to a 38 in waist and feeling GREAT! My energy level is back and I am able to mow my yard, my neighbors yard and edge my big corner lot all without stopping two or three times to rest!

Jerusalem is awesome, I really like the program. I knew it would not be inexpensive, but the price tag is more than I can afford.

Awesome staff! The Sota staff is completely professional. The Sota program is the most consumer friendly and effective weightless program I have used. I lost 70 lbs in 21 weeks. From what I learned from their staff, I have been able to easily maintain my goal weight. This program is simply priceless.
