unable to keep buying SOTA products after 10 week program. Silly
It works but it’s extremely expensive
Make this actually affordable. $39 per day is crippling for most people. Its really too bad you don't make this more affordable. I expected to have to pay, and generously, but this is ridiculous. I wish you and the very wealthy people you serve the best.
Well, this may not be a totally fair evaluation. The first time I called, nobody answered or returned my call. The second day same thing. On my third call somebody finally texted me and called to make an appointment. On the day of my appointment nobody was at location. I finally walked around office until I found someone playing on their phone. I scared them. I was then put in front of a tv playing videos. Great phone interview just to pricey for me.
I needed to know the cost for SOTA to judge it but I had to pay $50 to have someone call me to review the program and then she told me the cost. Way too much money. So I'm out and so is my charge card.
The plan works however I have not been able to start maintenance due to a discrepancy in where I am comfortable and where Sota wants me to be! It’s a lot of money to not have full access to the entire program as I am within 5 lbs. I know that I need maintenance to maintain my 30lb loss.
Experience was good. I just wish I had been more understanding about how your unable to utilize the maintenance part of the program unless you get to the weight desired and set in the beginning as a wish weight but not always achievable! I feel like I have wasted the money as I now do not have the tools to be successful. I was within 6lbs of goal that I felt comfortable at and I think with the amount this cost I should be the one to say what weight I am comfortable with.. I’ve had a rough start to the program. It was a little frustrating not knowing at the beginning that the food provided is basically almost all powder food.
