I have lost approx 11 pounds and my high blood pressure and blood sugar levels are now approching normal levels on a daily basis. I look forward to having all médications stopped!

It's just a low carb diet. Commercials suggest it's something better and more scientific.

I failed during maintenance! Not having SOTA products was part of the reason. Other products did not have the same protein balance or flavor as SOTA. I would have been willing to purchase, but was not allowed.

To spend $8000 and be limited to 30 weeks and be sold on the statement that Sota is a lifetime weight assistance program then be told the lifetime maintenance is smoke and mirrors is frustrating. The garland office is losing staff and equipment. I think people are learning that sota is not state of the art and the product is not for long term weight loss. I’m very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend to anyone ever. I feel duped and misled.

Of course I would like to lose weight but your program is extremely expensive!! The average person cannot afford it! The person I spoke with was pleasant enough but once she said $5K, it was a definite no go. Y’all spend too much advertising to them let people down.
