A fantastic program which opens your mind on eating the right things! They never give up on you therefore I work hard to to learn! A great group of people!
The price is way too high for what I get. Im unable to access the programs as I don't have internet access. And it won't let me access via phone. I need DVD for my convenience. People are wonderful and very encouraging.
I was in the program a couple of years ago, and since then SOTA has stepped up. The orientation, videos and support staff seems so much better, plus more SOTA products are offered. Me and my husband have joined together this time and looking forward in our new healthy life. Debra

My two children started Sota as far back as August 2018 and Nov 2018. They both did extremely well so yes I was convinced. The price took me back alittle, but I went forward. I am thrilled I did and am 16lbs lighter first two weeks. I just wish it was affordable to everyone.

The Garland location is amazing! Jerusalem is fantastic at her job and everyone is so helpful and nice! I'm now in my second week and feeling amazing already. Fyi, it's true you are never hungry on this plan!
There is a nice positive uplifting approach to weight-loss. Everyone was very helpful. I was taken back by the food options… Being a little limiting. I was also taken back by the strictness of the diet. I understand the concept and I appreciate The honesty. Time will tail and we’ll see what kind of results I get.
