Another great trip to SOTA yesterday,, I have now lost 76 lbs thanks to Victoria and all the wonderful SOTA girls in Garland and Plano.
Its been one year now. Total weight loss 103 pounds. It took about 6 months, I'm on the maintenance program and my weight hasn't changed.
The staff is very encouraging and will answer all of your questions. My fiance and I have only been on the program for one week and have lost 23.5 lbs combined! We are feeling more energetic and very proud of our accomplishment so far. Looking forward to the end results!!
Incredible! I didn’t think it would work so great! Cleared the pantry and fridge and started over with what SOTA recommended. As the attendant said, “ follow the plan; you will lose the weight”! It happened—41 lbs. gone in 4 months. I can see my feet again! I got a whole new wardrobe several sizes smaller! The 4 mos. allowed the new habits of eating better to take hold. It was a very encouraging experience.
Overall I am very happy with the experience so far. Only suggestions would be clarity on how long the first meeting will be and more clarity on pricing and options. I had not planned on spending 5k that day. Spreading it out over the time period would have been much better for me. It will impact who I would refer to you
