Kevin was great. Kevin was great. The dealer's buying process, specifically the "visit" with the finance manager, was the usual xx where they hard-sell you financing, and additional accessories and services that you don't need or want. Think of a time-share presentation. This was very irritating. That experience soured me on the dealer - I don't want to ever go back there unless it's absolutely essential.

After seeing a service member take a customer before me After seeing a service member take a customer before me without checking to see who was next, I had very little hope for the service I was about to receive. Eventually, service member Kei listened to my requests and got me and my vehicle took care of before the sun went down. He is the only one I would suggest to get in contact with for service.
