Instead if fixing the fixing part, the technician zip tied the broken pieces to my car. Service department said it was my fault and refused to take accountability.

I arrived at 11:47am and checked out at 5:17pm I asked for new windshield wiper blades, and they replaced only the two on the front windshield. They did not replace the rear window wiper blade. I asked for a car wash and they did not wash the car
Did not correctly diagnose the issue. Did not correctly diagnose the issue. Released the car to me when it wasn't fixed. Required multiple visits to remedy the issue. Lack of communication and miscommunication. Took over a month to get fixed and I was without the car for three weeks. Total disaster. I will not be back.
No one acknowledge me upon arrival. No one acknowledge me upon arrival. I walked by five people who did not even make eye contact with me.I had to wait 5 hours for an oil change. At the end, no one walked me through it. It was just the cashier who cleared everything and gave me a receipt, not even an explanation at the end from the service professional professionals.
