Oil change tire rotation was simple, service person was Oil change tire rotation was simple, service person was fine with regards to this, completed quickly. However, I have had numerous instances while driving away from a stop where the transmission screeches VERY loudly and the drivetrain loses power for a few moments. I have problem with battery charging. I have problem with battery charging.after purchasing The car when was fully charged (100%) it showed 360 miles but in few months little by little showed to 240 miles. Took my Genesis in to have two recall repairs done. Took my Genesis in to have two recall repairs done. All was good until the next day the malfunction indicator lamp came on. Took my car back to the dealership to see what the problem was. Turns out when one of the items was installed it was installed incorrectly which caused a small leak in a pinched hose. No one would call or be called to tell us an update on No one would call or be called to tell us an update on our cars progress. Had to talk to the manager, who was hard to get too! Waited 15mins after paying just to pick up the keys when it was done.Talk about dropping the ball!
