I visited the dealership this past weekend. I visited the dealership this past weekend. The dealership show room is nice and they do have fast customer service. What they don't do is disclose all the costs for add-ons they install on their cars on the advertised web price. When negotiating price of a car I was interested in they added on windshield coverage, battery coverage, and door-guard fee. They were able to remove windshield & battery coverage but not the door-guard which was close to $900. I felt that if that was a ma... read more

Unfortunately, waited nearly 4 hrs for an oil change. Unfortunately, waited nearly 4 hrs for an oil change. No one seemed to care. There were openings for service for every timeslot on web site. Won’t be returning.

I was in for 15K service and instructed the service I was in for 15K service and instructed the service advisor to not replace the air filter as i had recently done so. he stated that the filter was included with the service package and that he would add a note to tell the mechanic not to replace it and just put the new filter on the passenger seat. Worst customer service ever. Worst customer service ever. The car had an immediate problem after purchase. It was then at the dealer nearly 2 months. In that time we received only 2 updates with the last one being we think your car will be ready tomorrow, and then we never heard from Kei again. Upon return it didn’t seem like the issue was fully resolved and there was a new rattling sound. i was lied to from the service department when my first i was lied to from the service department when my first engine blew that I would be receiving a new engine.. I was told that multiple times. I am on engine number three. Not due to my fault. I will never buy another Hyundai. The last rebuilt engine you only gave me 30 days warranty… not acceptable.
