Did not get a free car wash any of the 3 times I came to this location for maintenance. No reason to pick this service center over any other.

Calling Wait time and dropped calls was terrible! Asked twice for replaced parts but did not receive them. I was charged twice for parts that were ordered -thank goodness I noticed it on the paperwork! I will not be going back to this dealership for service!

Very disappointed with my last service visit. Very disappointed with my last service visit. I wish I was told ahead of time that I was going to be charged $200 for a diagnostic evaluation even if I chose Not to go thru with the services because they were too expensive for me.

Unfortunately, the car we bought has an issue already that South Bay Hyundai has failed to resolve. Now I am driving around in the hottest part of the year with a brand new car with no air conditioning. Seems quality control is bad, and the service department is even worse.
