Apart from that, which is my mistake, the work I had requested didn't get done. I asked to have my undercarriage cover rebolted in and nothing was done to it. I inform the person that Jack is my service advisor and they immediately inform Jack. Jack came right over and assist me and gave me the wait time for repairs.
