Everything was okay until the return of the vehicle. Everything was okay until the return of the vehicle. It look about 45 minutes for them to find the car in the lot and deliver it. The car was filthy and I was not given an explanation or a car wash coupon. That’s inexcusable. They had plenty big time to return a clean car.
