Just ok. Just ok. I went In for a scheduled oil change and it somehow took over 3+ hours. They didn’t update me or keep me informed. I had to ask for updates on my car. Told me i had A recall and no one could explain or tell me what it was for or why. Took 3+ hours and the recall wasn’t even done. I have to come back.

Service took a little longer than i fully expected, but Service took a little longer than i fully expected, but happy my car was taken care of. There was a miscommunication about whether shuttles were offered to and from the dealership, but was taken care of ultimately by the end. Wouldve been a five star rating if things were properly communicated

Richard Anderson is an amazing manger that treats everyone like family and not just a customer. MJ another manager was amazing as well. Was never told that the Hyundai I purchased had been in Was never told that the Hyundai I purchased had been in an accident, which was very unsettling and quite frankly, unprofessional. Emailed the salesman about some upgrades to my vehicle and i was never followed up with. I guess after spending 38k, they didn't have a ise for me any longer
