Great sales experience, but question loyalty discount. I used TrueCar, so MJ new exactly what I was looking for when I arrived. We took a test drive. He pointed out things I didn't know about the Sonata (this is my second one!) and was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Sales and Service without Compromise ... I have never been treated better at any dealer than I have at South Bay Hyundai. They have serviced a Hyundai I bought elsewhere since 2006 and when I thought of buying a new Hyundai, I didn't think of going anywhere else.I love my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. It's the perfect vehicle for our family.

It was an overall good experience The only complaint is the loner cars they use should be Hyundais not enterprise rent cars. I purchased a Genesis when I bring my car in for service I expect to be loaned the same quality of vehicle.
First time and I like it It was a pleasure to go there people are nice and I like my new car.... They help me a lot even thou my score wasn't that good I have a new car now thank you.... The salesperson was nice and helpful my girls like the way he was....
