I was passing through SoCal on a road trip and it was I was passing through SoCal on a road trip and it was time to service my Hyundai. I stopped in late in the day and Jack made an appointment for next morning. Work was done quickly. The whole thing was super easy.

Visiting SBH for routine maintenance on my 2023 Santa Visiting SBH for routine maintenance on my 2023 Santa Cruz and my 2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan, I was pleasantly surprised to find the construction finally finished! The "new" waiting room and sales area is "state of the art", with comfortable seating, television viewing and refreshments. They were efficient and took care of the problem right They were efficient and took care of the problem right away. Had a TSB in hand for a known issue. Repair/part replacement was done within hours. Super happy.

No communication. No communication. I was supposed to get a paint job done and covered by Hyundai as well full replacement of my Cadillac converter covered by Hyundai as well due to faulty parts. Calling the service department multiple times of schedule the paint job when I was told they would call me on a Monday. Didn’t hear back from then until Wednesday.
