I wish my experience would have been better. I had a total of 7 sessions for Brazilian and underarm. I was burned on my arm front and back and was left a scar which is very noticeable because of my arm tattoo with a missing spot now. Employees are nice but when I brought this to their attention MANY times nothing was done. All of my sessions where VERY inconsistent. Needless to say my results are definitely not what I expected. Clean and great staff. Found Botox on Groupon and I don't usually buy cosmetics on Groupon but they had good reviews so I thought I'd try for a simple area. I got my forehead and brow lift , 20 units. Nurse was nice. Let's see the results :)

Be aware that some of these good reviews are only because they give you a discount for a procedure in return. The laser tech here is amazing she made me feel extremely comfortable while doing my laser hair procedure. Unfortunately, everyone else didn't occasionally I come in and the two girls along with a man have continued talking as if I weren't even there and only acknowledged me after finishing up they're conversation. The staff at the Whittier location are very friendly and nice. They took very good care of me and made me feel so comfortable while getting my procedure. I did wait for my consultation (25-30 mins) but they definitely didn't do that for my scheduled appointment which was nice. It is very clean and covid safe. All the staff wore masks and had hand sanitizers available. I highly recommend this place.

This place is just amazing. From clean to professional and friendly staff. This place always welcomes you with a smile and looks for ways to provide best prices and deals at all times. Me and my sisters come here and we love it. They are very accommodating and they see you right on your appointment time. Just don't be late because you make others late!! Bought a Groupon and tried calling several times multiple days during their normal hours to try and book an appointment and they never picked up my calls, never responded to my voicemails...now I can't even get a refund on Groupon because too many days have passed. Please contact me South Bay Med Spa because I would love to use this Groupon that I PAID about $200 for. Very disappointed in this place for never returning my calls. At least email me back?!

Most of the people are nice but from my experience they are always a little behind in schedules. So the session may be quick and easy but give yourself a little more time when you schedule an appt. The first time I waited 15 mins and the second I waited 30 mins. Which is not that bad except I go during my lunch hour. I'll try to start scheduling on my days off in the weekend but to think they are closed Sundays.

This place is great for all your needs they have everything from laser hair removal to Botox injections and fillers and more I highly recommend this place on every level the staff is very nice and accommodating the office is very clean they follow all CDC guidelines to make sure you are safe and welcome after each patient immediately sanitize the room and get it ready for the next patient thank you all again will definitely be back !

This place is amazing ! They are super safe and very informative about all treatments. I received Botox and loved it ! Paid for my husband to get some as well and I'm sure our results will be amazing ! Stephanie and Vanessa were amazing ! Super helpful, made me feel at ease and before I knew it my treatment was over !!
