Absolutely best laser experience ever! I had Nadine do it for me, it was my first time and she made my time there easy going, and pain free. I was nervous at first but the staff and the overall experience there was incredible.

Staff is beyond amazing. Made me feel absolutely comfortable while doing my peels. Very accommodating when I had to reschedule an appointment last minute. Never did I feel uneasy while being here.

I had my lips done a few weeks ago and it's safe to say I was quite nervous about the outcome considering this was my first time doing it. But the staff made my experience all that much better. Stephany who works at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet! Truly helped calm my nervous. Kristen was the one who did my lips and I must say she did an amazing job! Love Love this place!! .Melissa was very nice and helpful when making my consultation and was very persistent. When going into my consultation Stephany was amazing answering all my questions. Can't wait for my appointment to come and see these wonderful ladies again!!

Decided to try a place closer to my house but it was a fail. Had an appointment at 11:20. 11:40 still had me waiting so I decided to leave. The excuse was " it's because we had a filler appt ". Then why schedule me at 11:20? If you value your time skip this place.

Scheduled a six-session, lazer appointment for my full face and truly felt welcomed when arriving to my appointments. As a male, self-care services are difficult to leave happily, but I've had no issues coming to get my treatments done here. Christina did my lazer treatment for one of my sessions and I NEEDED to do the rest of my treatment with her. I called to make an appointment after purchasing a Groupon deal, they told me the first appointment will have to be a consultation because they need to see if I'm a good candidate. The whole process took less than 5 mins but I was waiting there for 10 mins and drove for 20 mins, all of that just to sign some paperwork, which could've been done through email. Other than that, the customer service here is super disappointing. Stephany didn't even bother to sit down to have a conversation with me, she went through everything s... read more

Purchased an under arm laser treatment where it must be paid in full for all sessions. The session takes less than 10 or 5 minutes. Sessions were fine results were ok. However, not great customer experience. This Spa has a strict 24hr policy where they will not work with you even if you call 22 hours before the appointment you will still lose out on your already paid for session that's takes them less than 5 minutes to complete. We have a 24 hours cancellation however we have waived a couple of no shows for you and explained that going forward that we won’t be able to because we can simply allocate that time someone else.
