I had an appointment with South Bay Med Spa November 21 for a VI peel. Their Whittier location is real clean and the staff are very friendly. The appointment time was real fast no longer than the consultation itself. Michelle took me up and applied the peel in about less than ten minutes and gave me aftercare instructions to follow. My face peeled for a good week but the results are great just after one, excited to come back for the next.
One of my good friends recently recommended South Bay Med Spa to me for laser hair removal which has turned out absolutely fabulous! The building is off painter in Whittier with its own small parking in the back. The office itself is impressively spotless with a small seating area and a nice clean restroom. The staff is always sparking discussion and offering beverages to me and others when I come in. This is def my new go-to spot for Laser! The girls are all super cool and make me feel comfortable coming to any of them for treatment. Although this isn't the closest Med Spa to me its for sure the best because of their staff. Also every time I go they always have deals or promotions going on so I recommend asking what specials they have!
I usually don't write reviews but based on how adamant and charming the staff at South Bay Med Spa were, I felt as if I had too. The ladies were all very friendly and funny, bringing familiarity to the environment. My consultation was quick and simple. This review is for Morpheus 8 I pre-paid for 3 Morpheus 8 sessions. For my first appointment I was greeted and walked to a treatment room to apply numbing cream. Waited for the 30min prior to be taken to another room where I waited another 20 min After waiting, I asked the young lady if she was going to perform the procedure and she acknowledged she was. I purchased the Brazilian laser package while they were still at their old location. But by the time I started going they had moved to their new and current location. The parking lot is small but I've never had an issue with parking. I can get from my car to their check in desk easily and quickly. I spent $3500 to get laser and lip filler. My lips are crooked more on one side, not enough on the other. Nadine is nice but results are horrific, procedure was extremely painful. I went back so they can fix it, but only if I PAY MOREHaven't finished my laser yet so I don't know how it's going to end up. My lips are in agony, lumpy and crooked. PLEASE HELP

Update: Sean the regional manger personally reached out to me. I went in for another session and I feel so much better about my progress. I still haven't reached the standard two weeks to see the full results. But I'm already feeling confident with areas I'm usually insecure about. So I guess that says something. Thanks, Sean. Changed from 2 to 4 stars.
My go to spot for botox and micro needling treatments! Ask for Nadine on your next visit. She does an incredible job of giving you exactly what you want/need while being very personable. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Highly recommend!!
