The nurses are very friendly but they are always running late and never answer the phone .
Not good experience. Purchased a Botox Groupon in the first place, I was 'advised' by the physician to take more units when I arrived and was informed that even though I can't purchase another Groupon (which is not consistent with the Groupon website, the website said I could purchase the deal one more time) I could still get the same price for the same product as on Groupon. Finally found a place that I trust and feel comfortable. I always have my toddler and they made me feel very welcomed bringing him. All I got was a lip flip but the results are great that I'd trust her with anything else. Nicole seems very knowledgeable of her work (which is very appreciated) first time patients get $50 off the lip flip which is awesomeee. Thank you all so much!!
Staff is professional, warm, and accommodating. I was greeted with great enthusiasm when I walked in. It was also nice to see how accommodating the staff was with every interaction I witnessed - even the delivery people dropping of packages! Office is clean and sleek. My treatment was well executed and RNs Bonnie and Marina were attentive and made me feel comfortable and confident. They know their stuff! I look forward to my treatment taking effect and returning in the future!
Great facial - very relaxing! Took the time for extractions, massage, good special happening now on the microdermabrasion. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bed wasn't that comfortable and my face was fairly red afterwards but less dry! This place can be my regular go to facial place if the specials exist. Thank you for a great facial!
First of all I want to say that the location is very lux, clean, easy to find and free parking. Now upon entering the Med Spa, the tech Girls in the front were extremely lovely and so helpful with all the questions I had. Also Melissa who applied the numbing cream to my lips gave me a suggestion on which lip filler she liked and I am beyond happy that I went with her suggestion because I am soo happy with the results! I love this place! First time laser customer and I'm loving my results. Very clean facility and the staff is very knowledgeable and super nice!
Had an amazing experience at South Bay Med last week. I got the Morpheus8 Micro-needling done which has completely begun transforming my skin .I came in an hour prior to my appointment time for numbing, their office is really nice and clean .Michelle who did my treatment was patient with me since it was a bit painful and I don't have a high pain tolerance .But it was so worth it.
