Just wanted to come back here and provide an update. Shortly after I wrote my review on my experience at South Bay med spa and not being happy with my Botox outcome after only receiving 30 units that did absolutely nothing for me, I received a call from Sean the district manager apologizing and offered to remedy the situation and asked that I give them a second chance, he was so kind and understood where I was coming from, I agreed. Updating my review to say that management reached out to me and totally made up for my first experience. They scheduled me for the 2 treatments I was trying to get and were able to quote me with the numbers I was looking for. My appointment went smoothly and my nurse was the sweetest. Yesterday was my first time at South Bay med Spa Whittier. I went in for Botox. It's only a day but I already see results. I sleep on my left side and have a really defined crows feet line. One line that bothers me every time I look in the mirror. It's almost gone in a few hours!!! Thank you Nadine I love my results.

Purchased a few Mother's day Gifts for my wife here they were having a great sale & she absolutely loves it she looks forward to her monthly laser treatments its like therapy to her going here lol im glad that my wife enjoys her time here it was great investment she always brags how wonderful the staff are to her i usually dont ever write reviews very new to this but i can see how happy my wife is going to this place Happy Wife Happy Life Thank you guys
Absolutely love it here The facility is very clean the staff is amazing super friendly and understanding it was my first time walking into a med spa and they walked me through everything helped me with my concerns and explained everything to me I felt like a crazy person asking so many questions but they definitely met my expectations I definitely cannot wait to get more procedures done with them currently doing laser in two different areas and have been getting my Botox with them Cool-sculpting is definitely next I can't wa... read more
Overall my experience with Med Spa was pleasant as the staffs were polite and funny, but the procedure in itself was not useful. I paid for full legs and arms hair removal laser and after two months of finishing my treatments (tx) my hair grew as long and thick as before the treatment. I would recommend/suggest to do the treatment with other RNs rather than Vanessa - she goes fast and only does one round of laser. You may see better results. Been wanting to have laser hair removal performed on my legs for a long time. I finally did it and I am soooo happy with the results. I am only on treatment 4 (2 more to go) and I have seen a hugeeeeee difference. My legs have never ever been so smooth! I can't express my gratitude enough. The staff are all extremely friendly and professional. They just moved locations and the new location is very nice, clean with private parking in the back. I see they moved from Whittier Blvd, but I never reviewed them when I went earlier this year. Got a Groupon for Botox, paid for 5 additional units on my forehead, so 25 total, and it was not good. My forehead had significant movement still, and then wore off way sooner than other places. It was fading at 2 months. I've had great results every time where I usually go with 25 units and it's natural but mostly frozen for a solid 3 months. Unfortunately the nurse retired so I'm still on the hunt for a new place.
