Mike was Upfront with what he could do and Honest Throughout Mike Doss was our sales person and from the very start he was really a service person first and foremost. He told us how the Resale Certified cars were priced and what he was able and not able to do. His honesty was refreshing. He made us feel relaxed, knowledgeable and confident about our decision.
