Purpose of my visit to lexus south county service was to Purpose of my visit to lexus south county service was to have three recalls done, oil changed and windshield wipers replaced. Yes, I was impressed by everyone I encountered at the service department. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Vince who was my service writer and rick who helped me remove my cell phone from the Bluetooth in my loaner vehicle. Jason Thomas did an absolutely outstanding job helping me to purchase my new Lexus. He was courteous, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciate that Eric checked on prices of tires and options for me. I was impressed that the service was completed by 11am when I dropped it off at 7:30AM. This allowed me to pick it up during my lunch.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Robbie Steponovich . She was a good listener to hear my needs and act on them and patient as I needed time to decide. I visited many dealerships, found many nice cars, but found nothing that could top the Lexus 350 and none as caring and professional at Robbie. She closed the deal!
